1. Introduction
Browsing and using the Hobbytone website (2024) in connection with its content and services provided therein constitutes prior agreement to all the terms and conditions set forth in these rules.

2. Definitions
2.1 «Website» — Hobbytone website, the address of which is: www.hobbytone.co.il.
2.2 «Law» — The Law for the Protection of Literature and Writers in Israel, the Consumer Protection Law, the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and other mandatory regulations.

2.3 Rules» — the rules of the website, detailed in this document and updated by the company from time to time.

4. Ordering goods on the website and their delivery

There is even a possibility that the price of a certain product on the website differs from its price in the store.
4.2. Website visitors are sometimes entitled to promotions and benefits unique only to website visitors, which will be published by the company from time to time. Also, in promotions held by the website and the store, the variety of goods offered for purchase on the website does not necessarily correspond to the variety of goods participating in promotions in the store. The number, conditions and nature of promotions and benefits remain at the discretion of the administration.

In cases where a specific product cannot be delivered, existing products will be shipped and the customer will not be charged for the product that cannot be delivered. 4.9 Order delivery time and cost (at the Buyer’s choice): (1) Courier service to the Buyer’s home — within 7 working days and for a cost of 45 shekels. (2) Airmail abroad — delivery time and cost will depend on the destination.
4.10 When placing an order abroad, the ordered product may be subject to various taxes, duties and / or fees applicable in the country where the product was ordered. These charges will be applied only to the buyer.

4.12 The customer has the right to refuse to make a purchase after paying for it, before the order is sent or after 14 days from the date of placing the order, whichever occurs first. In case of refusal to make a purchase, the customer will be refunded the full amount of the cost of the ordered goods within 14 working days. If the goods have already been sent to the customer, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. If the goods have already been received, the return of the goods to the store occurs at the expense of the customer and in accordance with paragraph 6.1.

5. Exchange Policy for Products Purchased on the Website.
5.1 Used products sold second-hand cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Quality guarantee

9. Warranty

11. General information
